Description: Two 3-storey buildings totalling 63,000sq ft of air-conditioned office space with use of 220 car spaces.

South Tyneside Homes have entered into a full repairing and insuring occupational lease for the 20,000 sq ft building. Tech Mahindra Ltd have entered into a full repairing and insuring occupational lease for the majority of the 43,000 sq ft building. The remaining second floor continues to be let on the original seven and a half year non-occupational Licence to the Developer.
